Reviews
What customers say after the job is done.
My sub panel burned out. Secure Electric was the most affordable company. They were local and came out the same day.
This company is exceptional. From a very reasonable price to quick responses and service to great quality of work.
Vic is our hero. Our lights had been flickering throughout the house, which is never a good thing.

FAQ
Panel Upgrades: questions, answered
Still have a question? Call (818) 619-3566 and a real electrician will answer.
How long does a panel upgrade take?
Most residential panel upgrades are completed in a single day. Power is typically off for 4 to 8 hours while the new panel is installed and the utility reconnects service.
Do I need a permit for a panel upgrade in Burbank or Glendale?
Yes. A panel upgrade requires a permit and inspection, and the utility has to be scheduled to disconnect and reconnect. We pull the permit, coordinate with the utility and meet the inspector so you don't have to.
How much does a 200-amp panel upgrade cost?
It depends on the amperage, where the panel sits, whether the meter or main needs to move, and the condition of your grounding. We give you an exact written price after a free on-site look, and we'll beat any written estimate.
Do I really need 200 amps?
If you're adding an EV charger, central air, an electric range or an ADU, 200 amps gives you the headroom to do it safely without constant tripping. If your current panel is healthy and you're not adding load, we'll tell you that too.
